Z18-058 – 1980 Alton Darby Creek Road, 1,108 units on 369.2+/- acres LAST CALL FOR LETTERS! YOUR VOICE MATTERS! This development is NOT a done deal. The newly formed Far West Side Area Commission will continue to seek input from residents regarding proposed development, recreation and parks, economic development, neighborhoods and so much more. The goal is to continue connecting residents with city staff, developers, community groups, multiple jurisdictions and each other, as we all navigate topics of concern and ways to preserve and to improve this place we call home. This page is to facilitate this by giving easier access to information, as we learn this process and continue to work toward positive solutions with responsible and appropriate approaches. The hope is that every resident who has a stake in the ground in this far west side area, will speak up about their concerns by writing letters and attending meetings. It is truly about the voice and power of the people 1) researching the proposal, 2) stating your concerns and 3) supporting your position with data, pictures and the impact it has or will have on the quality of daily life.
