THANK YOU! Our neighborhood is as good as the neighbors that comprise it. Thank you to awesome neighbors who have contributed time and money to the repair and maintenance of our Gateway Entrance! Thank you to the CCVCA Officers who have dedicated their time and money for more than two years to make the repairs happen. Without them, the tower would still be an eye-sore.
Cross Creek Village does not have an HOA that magically works behind the scenes. That is why neighbors came together in 2011 to create the Cross Creek Village Civic Association... a non-profit, neighbor-led, 100% volunteer organization. The CCVCA is registered with the State of Ohio and acknowledged as an official 501c3 tax exempt non-profit.
YEAH! REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE HAVE BEEN COMPLETED! The next step will be to apply for another grant to pay for Cross Creek Village signage for both sides of our Gateway Entrance. Our goal is engraved limestone, placed into the brick walls on either side, as seen in higher-end neighborhoods.
